2003 News Archives:

December 12, 2003: I formalized the Major League Baseball document a little bit and I also added a new idea, the daisy-chain NFL champion. Go look at it to see what I'm talking about.

December 7, 2003: I updated the BCS section with the hypothetical football brackets for 2003.

November 19, 2003: I fixed some links and I added a new page to the 'Projects' section. Its my idea on how to fix Major League Baseball scheduling.

October 28, 2003: There haven't been any updates lately, as I've been busy with my semester. I changed the countdown to count to graduation. I also put the 2004 Orioles schedule on the Orioles page and updated the script so it doesn't crash at the end of the season.

August 14, 2003: Check the new counter above! I plan on updating it to future events when it runs out. Right now its counting down to the start of my apartment lease: August 19. There's also a ton of new pictures in the pictures section.

August 6, 2003: There's a WHOLE lot new here. Lets see. I've done some internal stuff you probably won't notice, which is good. I've also massively updated the pictures section, so you can enjoy that. I've added my class schedule as well as some older schedules. I've also reorganized the 'Projects' section. Enjoy!

July 17, 2003: There's a Technical Details section where you can read all about how I made this site. There is also an Illini Section in the Sports section too.

July 12, 2003: I've reformatted a bunch of stuff. The Orioles and Redskins pages fall under the 'Sports' section. 'Shaileshs Album Guide' has been incorporated into the 'Music' section.

July 11, 2003: I got annoyed with the HTMLgear popups, so I decided to switch guestbooks. Now I'm with Dreambook, which actually has a lot of cool options. For one thing, I can customize the guestbook to fit my homepage's layout exactly, except for the banner ad on the top.

I've also changed the look of the pictures pages. Now the popup window has a bar with all the images displayed and you can click the one you want. This was also done to the appropriate parts of the 'Ideas' section.

July 8, 2003: The 'About Me' section is back, and by JD's recommendation, there's now a '/porn' section (not really).

July 7, 2003: I've removed some content from the website. The 'About Me' section is temporarily down. I reworded parts of the Music, Albums, Redskins, and Orioles sections. There's a couple of new Links and I've abridged all of the 'News' entries.

July 1, 2003: Check out the new JavaScript addition to the Orioles and Redskins pages. The Music section has also been changed with some new show reviews.

June 8, 2003: There are some small changes to the 'Music' section; I've added background images for each artist. Please email me if they're are too distracting from the actual text.

April 28, 2003: There are some more pictures in the pictures section.

April 14, 2003: There are some new pictures in the 'Pictures' section. I added a concert review in the Music section -- a review of Billy Joel and Elton John on Saturday night! There are new links in the links section. And I've fixed some grammar problems and done some updating in the 'About Me' part.

February 8, 2003: There is a new cool feature to the '.plan' section of the site. For those of you that don't know, .plan is the name of a file on your unix accounts. When some one else 'fingers' you, they can read it. A while back I wrote a UNIX script to copy the .plan onto my homepage. Now I've made it better. If I put a link or email address in my .plan file, it will make an automatic link to that website or email address on my homepage. Go check it out!!!

January 26, 2003: I've updated the pictures section of the site with some pictures from India. Also, I reorganized the directory structure of the site, which is something you shouldn't notice -- unless I messed up. So if you *DO* get some 404 errors, please email me.
